"The ac did not work in the first room we were given. We changed rooms and went to go use the hot tub. Pool area, including hot tub, closed. The shower squeaked the entire time it ran. I’d stay elsewhere if you can."

"The hotel is very nicely located to all of the East Glacier National Park attractions. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The only slight drawback was a lack of elevator for the lodge due to age, not bad until you come back after a long day of hiking. Won’t keep us from going back. Fireplace is ..."

"We stayed in the West Motel. Location was wonderful, just at the entrance of Going to the Sun road. In order to get into the room there was a HUGE step into all the rooms. Probably not a good choice if you have mobility issues. Otherwise great choice."
