”staff has been very good since coming home have not received $100.00 back that was paid at time of check-in July 13th have been calling the hotel to try to get some in-put as can not get in touch with Expedia ! Went into my bank they are uncertain about why it has not gone back into my account ! I have stayed many times at Stonegate and always got that $100.00 back right at check out ! will probably will return to stonegate again won't book with Expedia any more ! ”Room door wouldn’t open after many tries. Then the hotel receptionist also had trouble and she said the lock was old. Eventually, it opened. Tap in bathroom sink needed 2 hands to open. Very tight to turn. Toilet kept running for about 25 minutes after each flush, therefore could not flush each time, especially at night. The back door to the hotel had no lock at all so anyone could come in and go right into the reception area or else go right upstairs to the 2 nd floor. Very unsafe for everyone....
