Nothing like the photos. Only stayed an hour then got a new place. Had to wait 3 weeks and a fight to return some money. Not near enough. Renters beware

The Champlain Waterfront Hotel, an Ascend Collection Hotel
Great location. Walk to the waterfront park, harbour and downtown Orillia. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. I had a small room in the basement. Everything was updated and clean, including the bathroom. The room down there is small, but that was reflected in the great price I received. ...

We have a wonderful stay at this cottage, the cottage is super beautiful and very clean.We enjoyed using hot tub, fire pit, sauna, fireplace and deck.The Lakeview and sunset view are wonderful!
