”Absolutely worst hotel experience I have ever had. I was put in room #1 which is right next to the door to the reception as well as the stairwell. The room has _zero_ sound insulation so every time someone exited or entered the reception area, the door would slam shut. The room vibrated with every slam. Additionally, you heard every stomp of feet on the staircase. I checked out at 3:15am because it was a waste of time to stay any longer.”

”Lovely comfy room and spacious queen bed listed as single (so a nice bonus there). All staff were friendly and helpful - especially Paul on the front desk who sorted me out a working remote control within minutes. Lovely breakfast too.”

”The room was clean and as expected at a Holiday Inn quite comfortable enough, but what stood out on my first visit to this branch was the exceptionally welcoming and and helpful staff together with the unusually good food provided in the dining room.”

”We also had a great view of the city of Leeds from the skylights, as we were on the top floor. The reception from the lobby could also fetch fresh breakfast breads and eggs.”
