”It seems like I always choose to go on vacation during the hottest week of the year, and this year was no different. But sitting on the deck at Nancy's Touch overlooking the river and feeling the breeze pass by, it was easy to forget that it was actually 98 with a real feel of 107.The house is beautifully appointed, and well stocked with everything you could possibly need for a lovely week away. My adult son and his girlfriend joined me, and enjoyed using the kayaks to cool off in the river....

”We were very happy with everything about the place. Clean, decorated nicely, comfortable beds and easy to find all that we needed to make ourselves at home.We were using the cottage as more or less for a bed and breakfast and did not spend much time at Crystal Beach. We were back and forth to Grove Point where our family was having a reunion. Loved the "Quiet" when we returned. (16 grandchildren and their parents)”

”This was a comfortable place to stay overnight in Wilmington, an easy drive to downtown and back, off-street parking, and a simple check-in, all for a reasonable price. The kitchen floor could have been cleaner, but it wasn't a big deal because we weren't in the kitchen a lot. I let the host know and they said they would work to improve it.”

”The dome and surrounding areas looks like it does in the photos, and using the compost toilet, shower, etc were pretty easy even for a camping novice like myself. The farm is beautiful and quiet. Good opportunities for birding too. I never saw or heard the gentlemen who live in the farmhouse, I only saw their cars come and go. I came here for rest and a connection to nature, and that’s what I got. I’d love to come back in the future! I think it would be even nicer later in the spring.”

”This was a sisters week. We went to spend a little time together. The three bedrooms allowed each of us privacy when needed. Comfortable beds. The main bedroom has incredible views.I'm not a bird watcher, but with the binoculars in the drawer (4-5 pair) I enjoyed watching the birds: teal ducks, cranes, and many other birds that I don't know.The kitchen has beautiful dishes, pots and pans, and knives so no need to eat out unless you want.The three things are insufficient light, the hot water...
