”It was my 30th bday and we had just gotten engaged and they gave us a free bottle of champagne to celebrate! They helped with bags, they really were just so nice and friendly and the room was gorgeous! ”
”Staying at the Wildlife Retreat at Taronga Zoo was a wonderful experience. We had access to the zoo for the entire duration of our stay. Our room had a view of the Harbour Bridge and we overlooked the Grey Kangaroo exhibit. The on-site Me-Gal restaurant overlooks the harbour. This is where we had our daily breakfast (included in the price of our stay) and a wonderful dinner. Free carpark was a bonus. A ferry service and buses are available for those wishing to go into the CBD. Very friendly...

”Sijainti 10+ … ei parempaa voisi olla jos haluaa nähdä kaupungin keskustaa ja nauttia rantakävelyistä.
Siisti ja moderni hotelli, huipputasoa. Erinomainen palvelu.
Ainoa asia joka vähän vaikutti viihtyvyyteen huoneessa oli ilmastointi. Jos lämpötilan nosti yli +19 c niin huone muuttui ”kasvihuoneeksi” kun kosteus nousi ja jopa seiniltä valui vettä.

”Close to Circular Quay, although beware of cab drivers who charged $20 for a $5 journey we needed to take because of mobility problems. This happened on two occasions and will probably mean we will not stay there again, although not the hotels fault, it left a bad overall impression.”
”Loved this for a city staycation to celebrate our anniversary - the city was easily accessible, whilst the boutique charm of the property and the area lets you feel more relaxed. Appreciated all the special touches of this property, and the personalised service. ”

”Rooms are spacious and beds are comfy. The breakfast on the weekends is a disaster as it was very crowded and the staff was running around in panic. Overall, I dont think the hotel is worth the money. ”

Staffs were truly professional,5 star service,from reception front desk staffs (special thanks to Megan especially for her warm welcome,professionalism and friendly service)
Concierge and housekeeping staffs were top notch ,room was super clean.
Staffs were so attentative to my needs,they gave me a bottle of wine on my birthday
A must stay for anyone visiting sydney.

”I am very pleased with my stay at this hostel! Room had ensuite and nice view from the window and beds were comfy. Breakfast was definitely worth the money! It had coffee, tea, apples, pears, toast with different spreads, 4 types of cereal plus milk, yoghurt and muffins. The view from the rooftop terrace is phenomenal! Such great location! Only minus side would be non-free luggage storage.”

”Clean and luxurious, but given the way this hotel has only three elevators, it took always something like 5 minutes to actually get out from the hotel.
It was also quite unwelcoming how the staff were using the same lifts for service purposes as well, so there was always a laundry cart or something riding there with you. Or reserving the lifts that were already in short supply.
The hotel was also quite confusing to access due to the lack of instructions everywhere, from how to actually operate...

Nära tåg och buss,spårvagns förbindelser.
Hotell rummet(1503) var i rent och bra skick och där fanns ett eget litet kök med kylskåp.
Personalen trevlig och hjälpsam.
