Unfortunately, in the restaurant we did not always get what we ordered and at the end of our stay they wanted to charge us additionally. The staff tried to make us to resolve the matter and seemed uncaring for the whole situation. Which ended with an long and annoying conversation.”
”Retro Boutique is a great, small hotel near Diani Beach. I stayed in the deluxe double room on the top floor, and I was amazed at how large my room was. Most if not all the rooms have a balcony, but my room had two balconies. One in the front of the room and one in the back of the room. The water pressure in the bathroom was good, the A/C was cold, and the wifi was fast. My bed also had a mosquito net, but I don't think it was necessary. ”With this price range you would expect everything to be perfect but this resort has still a lot of things to be worked on. Overall experience is nice, service is good, breakfast is great. But... wifi is not working, with the cleaning of the rooms there is always something wrong; towels replaced for one person only, water floating on the floor, soaps are finished and not replaced.
We used laundry service too and one of my shirts was missing and I got someone else's shirt. They could track mine...
