”This hotel was excellent and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Compared to many other hotels we've stayed in in India, this is one of the best. It actually offered what it said it would offer, and even more - many a times the hotel seems nice enough in internet, but when you get there, it's a totally different story. Not here. And the price was very reasonable in comparison to what we got for that money! A lot of nice details - morning paper delivered to the room, a nice box of cookies...

”The staff was super good. So helpful, they even walked me in the neighborhood to help me with shopping. The food they got me was excellent. They also helped me figure out how to get where I was going. And to get a taxi. Siliguri in itself is kind of a sketchy area, but it's inexpensive. And they are trying to make the hotel kind of an oasis in the midst. They were doing quite a bit of renovating while I was there, trying to make it really nice.
