”No hot water and no communication. We had no hot water - like the hot water was turned off, it was ice cold and no faucet increased. We called, texted, and messaged through Expedia, and got no response. No one is on site. If I am paying this price for a lodge stay I expect to be able to have hot - or at the very least warm water. My back hurt so bad in the morning same with my fiances back. The breakfast isnt what i would called the traditional continental breakfast. It is grab and go items which is fine, but they should clarify that especially for 300 a night. The staff was very kind, one of the ladies had no clue on recommendation for resturants and she seemed stumped...
