”It was all excellent. Loren the host was the best. She made sure all was good. When we texted her she responded in a very short time. One time she came down from Hera house and wanted to be sure all was good. The door lock needed a new battery and she had it replaced in a moment. She was a great host making our stay the best. We are glad we stayed here for a week and enjoyed our home away from home. ”

”If I could give this place 6 stars I would. Charming and very clean. We liked the old obx atmosphere - with a nice update. Great location with ocean views. The pool was refreshing with ample chairs. There’s a crow’s nest with pergola. Screened in porch on cottage 11 was spacious enough to have dinner outside and still have room to hang towels. The property was well kept. ”Extremely clean. Property has a great location and was a no more than five minutes from beach access and had two tackle shops withing 10 minutes. Spacious bedrooms and fully stocked kitchen with complimentary k cups for the keurig. Neighborhood is quiet and clean and easy to get to. Highly recommend ”

”Check in was easy with just a passcode for the door. The entire room was recently remodeled and update, extra clean. Just steps to the beach with private access allowed ease from our room to the beach. Highly recommend staying here! ”

”Four of us (two adults and two grown kids) stayed for five nights over the holiday weekend. The location of this property right on the Duck/Southern Shores boundary was just great. Sunset views of the bay were great and the ocean was a short walk or drive away. The property was very clean. We are used to renting homes that are a little more lived in, so the lack of games and puzzles (and basic cooking necessities like salt and pepper) threw us a bit. We loved being right across the street from the boardwalk and hustle and bustle of duck. Katy checked in and communicated quickly and efficiently with and questions we had.
