”We had to fly out of Anchorage the next day, but the last thing we wanted to do was end a wonderful Alaskan vacation in the middle of the city, so we stayed at Pioneer Ridge B&B and it was extraordinary. Setting and view were spectacular. Lots of eye candy all over the lodge, Our room was beautiful and very comfortable and the lemon blueberry pancakes in the morning are to die for. Thoroughly recommend this peaceful, beautiful stay.”

”Ok for one night! The hotel is a little aged . I was staying one night to catch my airplane flight. The floor showed that the hotel needed repairs. Especially the floor. Seems like dry rot and uneven. . Lighting could have be better. They needed a desk lamp and charging station for cell phones. Other than that the shuttle to the airport was a plus and convenient. I chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and the price was right! Thanks for a nice experience and stay.”

”We checked around 1 PM and dropped our bags and immediately went looking for some food which was quite a distance from the hotel. Nothing close got back to the hotel around three and went back to the rooms and started looking around. the rooms were filthy We were a group of six room rooms and not one was clean. After looking at 5 other rooms I finally ended up getting two stripped and redone from the top down because the five they gave us to look at as alternatives were also very dirty. I...

Los safacones de la entrada estaban llenos de basura. La alfombra del piso 2 estaba sucia. La habitation estaba comoda, y los Muebles en buenas condiciones. Necesitan mejor Limpieza y Mantenimiento en areas communes. Buen estacionamiento.”

”I am not one to leave negative reviews leaving this here until I get a refund I was denied. Staff was nice and friendly. Called and was told Pool and HOT TUB were working Came in late went to pool Hot tub was not operational asked a staff member they said had been out of commission for quite awhile We picked this hotel for distance from the air port and specifically because it had a hot tub. Exposed ripped out sheetrock over the hot tub with exposed beam with what appears to be BLACK MOLD....

”I was exceptionally disappointed having paid $299USD for a room that looked like it was part of a horror film set. From blood splatter on the wall in the bathroom, two of three broken bathroom lights, black mold in the shower, busted blinds, squeaky beds and a horrid smell throughout. When I searched the day of my stay what the rate was, it showed $249CAD (almost half of what I was paying). The staff were of no help to remedy this situation or cancel our stay.
