The overall property was great, including the staff (superb). The problem was the hot water was broken, and unless you asked, no one was going to say anything. As a paying customer, the staff should’ve been calling each and every occupant to let them know what was going on two out of my three nights ...

I was a bit disappointed with this hotel. I stayed one night. The TV never worked even though someone came to "fix" it. It worked for 10 minutes. :( Also, the pic of the pool is deceiving.
