This was our second stay at Bear Creek. Everything was just perfect. The yard and house looked so well cared for when we arrived. Last visit it rained, so it was nice to be able to go outside this time and enjoy the backyard. We also found the walking path which was great for our dog Moose. Location is great too. There is a gas station, mini mart, and, drug store right down the road and it is only about a 10 minute drive to UTK. We have already booked our next trip and feel it is our home away from home.

This house was just perfect for our long weekend stay. We were visiting the University with our son and the location to campus is perfect. It’s only minutes from UTK and the downtown area but you’re in a quiet quaint neighborhood. The house is clean, fully stocked for anything you need, they provide recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, and even provide outdoor activities for the yard. The shower pressure is excellent and all the bedding and towels provided are nice and clean. Communication with Kevin was great too! We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon!
The house is well maintained and just adorable ☺️

We really enjoyed our stay. We were able to spend time with our granddaughter on her 21st birthday. The host even allowed us some extra time with her. We were able to bring her pets along for her to see also!! Everything was clean and comfortable! Definitely one of our best experiences!

Our hosts were amazing!!! Very helpful with check in and a very easy check out!!! The property was amazing. The bed was very comfortable with great pillows. The R&R toiletries is an excellent touch to help with the vacation vide. The champagne and chocolates were superb, very welcoming. We enjoyed and appreciated the coffee selection. The fenced in yard for the dogs and fire pit was the icing on the cake!! I would recommend 100%!! Will stay here again!

This house was the perfect size for 5 adults for a quick weekend football trip! We felt very safe in the house and in the neighborhood. Everything in downtown was about a 5 minute drive- super easy! Quick communication with the owners. Highly recommend for out of town SEC football fans!

This house was the perfect place for our family, with teenagers and 2 dogs, while visiting our UTK student for a long weekend. The dogs loved the sunny fenced-in yard and everyone had very comfortable bedrooms and full baths. Everything was very well-appointed and thoughtful, down to the towel by the door for the dogs' paws! The location was close to the university and stadium as well as some great restaurants. We will definitely stay again.

Wonderful property for our move-in weekend. Clean, comfortable, and great location. We had no trouble getting to campus, restaurants downtown, or Baker Creek Preserve. Kitchen had all the amenities, the beds and linens were very comfortable, and although we didn’t bring the dog this time, we will definitely consider in the future (fenced yard with plenty of room for play). Finally, communication with our hosts was fantastic regarding checking in and out. Look forward to staying here again the next time we are in town.

Amazing 5 night stay!

First time renting a VRBO while visiting our Univ of TN freshman. We had a great experience renting Kevin & Sarah’s listing. Super clean and comfortable. Impressive renovations for a rental. Very solid. We slept so well. Loved the back yard and so did our dog! We spent our days exploring. Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, downtown Knoxville and many, many walks. The backyard was our evening hangout making fires. Kitchen was great for making meals in between eating out! We will def be back!

Perfect long weekend stay in South Knox

Very comfortable and spacious for two guys in town for a long weekend of festival attendance. Quite, comfortable bedrooms let us sleep late every day after getting in late at night. Sipping coffee on the front porch and watching the local birds made for peaceful mornings. Nicely updated baths and kitchen easily served our needs. All went smoothly.

Perfect Family & Pet Friendly Spot

We had such a wonderful time at this cozy spot in South Knoxville! Kevin and Sarah were fabulous hosts and very responsive! The house was super clean and they even left champagne and local chocolates for us upon arrival - such a thoughtful touch! We brought our pup with us and he loved the fenced in backyard- they even provided a ball and potty bags which was super awesome! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and other family members! Thank you for such a great stay!
