âGreat customer service. The room itself was nice, except it appeared that my shower could have use a little attention around the edges and where the soap goes. Other than that the room was well kept. The only other issue I had was with the hall floor on the 4th floor needs to be cleaned as it was stained throughout. Everything else was fine as microwaves for each room should come soon.â

âI will not book again. The housekeeper didnât knock or announce himself, he started opening the door but the latch was on. I opened the door as he walked off and asked was he not going to knock; he didnât answer and went in another room. One of the trash cans was not emptied. The tub was unclean. The carpet is old with stains. There was dust on the furniture, around baseboards, on the wires and wall sockets, there was pieces of paper on the floor near the head of bed. Itâs an old building but...
