”Ideal for a large family gathering with the indoor pool the obvious highlight. However the property was very tired with a lot of problems which continued throughout the stay. The standard of cleaning was awful. I spoke to the hosts wife to highlight the dog poo on the lawn in at least 3 places, the fact I wasn’t given an exit code to get out of the gates, the electric socket hanging off the wall in the lounge with wires exposed. ”Overall a nice hotel highlighted by Bri on reception and many other helpful and friendly staff. Their was no TV remote (should have been checked I think by house staff) however the staff did all they could to find another and sort the problem. Our family room had lots of space and everything was clean. Breakfaat was good as were the facilities of pool, sauna, jacuzzi. Our only change would be not to have dogs staying; one dog howled for a good while at 7.30 am on the sunday: I think guests had...

”I recently stayed in a Superior Double Room and was disappointed by the overall experience, particularly considering the premium rate charged. The room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the hotel benefits from a large free car park, which was appreciated. However, several aspects fell well below what I would expect from a superior room. The room felt somewhat dated, and attention to detail was lacking.
