”The hotel rooms were absolutely gorgeous. Lovely beds, pillows , bath r9bes. Bathroom spotlessly clean. Plenty if tea and coffee making facilities. Easy sccess and parking. Nice to.have a beautiful restaurant on the doorstep. The staff were polite and efficient. The managers attentive. Couldnt ask for more.”

”We had a two night stay here in May. Firstly I’d like to say that the staff were superb especially Lucy who seemed to be there every second of every day looking after us checking in, out, breakfast and dinner. Thank you so much. The rooms were clean and the beds were big snd very comfortable. Excellent location in a lovejy area with shops a 2 minute walk away and the station 5 mins away to get into central Manchester. Overall a really nice stay in a nice clean hotel.”

”The room was clean, well furnished and had a cozy feel. We would stay here again, however, there were some minor issues. The toilet flush ran continuously and was audible at night. The cover over the shower plughole was broken and the lead on the kettle was too short and had to be used on the floor. Also the mattress was too firm for us.”

”Slight delay at check in but we were 10 mins before the check in time of 2pm. Nice room on the first floor, small but well furnished and comfy bed with a rainfall shower in the bathroom. Breakfast very good, hotel is very well placed for city centre attractions and the pub downstairs serves a nice pint of Cruzcampo!”

”A very pleasant stay! Lovely large room and the bar and restaurant was great. Comfortable bed and good shower. They even made me food after the kitchen was closed. Only negative was the mini single use plastic shower gels and shampoos. Refillable soap and shampoo dispensers would make it perfect! ”

”Fantastisk koselig hotell/pub i en enda mer fantastisk typisk engelsk landsby. Knutsford er ett lite sted med masse flotte butikker og spisesteder i landlige erkeengelske omgivelser. Cross Key Hotel passer utmerket inn i bildet og er ett hotell/pub med sjarm og høy standard på rom, dog kan selvfølgelig noe pusses på og en Beer Garden sommerstid var flott å sitte ute på. God frokost og typisk pubmat forøvrig med meget velutstyrte rom. Kommer igjen !”

”Room was clean and comfortable, bar staff were friendly, only thing that would have been handy to know before booking, is the do not serve food on Monday or Tuesday. I booked a Monday night.”

”One night stay to attend concert in Liverpool. Check in was smooth, staff member showed me to room and showed fire exits etc, he was very polite. Room was ideal for what we needed. Clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and modern, shower prowerful, towels and toiletries provided. Free parking on site to the back of the pub. The area was quiet with minimum passing traffic. We didn’t drink or eat in the pub but it looked nice enough. ”
