”Koh Jum seems to be under the radar for most folks traveling koh Lanta. Wich is good cause it has stayed a very quiet place. A little tropical paradise. We stayed 3 nights on Joy Bungalows. The cottage was likely their cheapest, basicly a bed with mosqito net. No ac/fan. Still, great value for the money. You sleep basicly in a jungle /forest or by the sea depending wich cottage you get. The sounds are inredible at night time. The dogs and chicken will likely wake you up early.

”Eigene Bungalow am Hang im Dschungel oberhalb des Meeres. Loggia mit Hängematte. Moskitonetz in jedem Zimmer. Der Strand ist steinig, aber sehr schön. Auf der Insel ist fast nichts los, so hat man seine Ruhe (wobei wir überall in Thailand natürlich auch viele Deutsche anzutreffen sind...).
Die umliegenden Restaurants sind sehr gut und günstig, das Hotelrestaurant ist eher teuer.
Man muss sich auf Insekten im Zimmer einstellen, weil man direkt in der Natur ist.
Kein Warmwasser in Zimmern...

The two-storey rooms were a little worn down, but you are paying for the experience of staying at this unique property and on close proximity to one of beautiful beaches on the world."
"Viihtyisä ja siisti hotelli, jossa oma ranta. Lapsille oma allasalue, joka rauhoitti toisen altaan pääsääntöisesti aikuisten käyttöön. Rauhallinen hotelli, mutta silti aivan palveluiden äärellä.
