Olihan se huone (näkymä rantaan, toinen rivi) todella hieno ja uudenkarhea. Hotellialue oli ehkä paristakin osasta koostuva; respasta rantataloihin -välillä ei ollut yhtään mitään. Ehkä vähän sellainen keskeneräinen fiilis. Huone olisi siis hieno ja toimiva, minibaaria täytettiin koko ajan ja vessapaperit sai laittaa pönttöön. :) Aamiainen oli hyvä ja kattava, ja siellä henkilökunta oli iloista ja palveluhenkistä. Miinuksena muun henkilökunnan hieman töykeä palvelu. Puhelutkin lopetettiin kuin seinään. Ravintolassa meno vähän samanlaista laiskan tahmeaa meininkiä. Ruoka siellä ihan ookoo, mutta ei tullut sellainen olo, että olisi haluttu erityisesti palvella. Shaket olivat kuitenkin tosi hyviä! Huone tosiaan oli hieno, mutta aika ahdas lisävuoteen kanssa. Majoituksen hinta oli aika suolainen. Yhtä rantaa ylempänä puolet halvemmassa hotellissa viihdyimme vähintään yhtä hyvin. Kiva, että tuli kokeiltua eri rantoja. Tämän hotellin hintataso oli kuitenkin tosi korkea, eli pienempi, halvempi ja kotoisampi on meidän makuumme. Ranta itsessään oli tosi kiva ja kaikkea, mutta rahoille sai vastinetta paremmin toisessa hotellissa.

So good that we came back during the same holiday
We loved the overall atmosphere and mood at Long Beach Chalet so much that we ended up booking one more night there in the end of our trip to Koh Lanta. It's a fairly small resort with a lot of outdoor space and different spots for hanging out, so it never felt overcrowded even though the resort was fully booked on several days during our stay. We stayed in one of the new Seaside Pavilion rooms and it was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were super friendly and we were very well taken care of. As a bonus, they have a lovely beachfront cafe that has the best coffee and ice cream in Koh Lanta! We travel a lot and can say without hesitation that Long Beach Chalet punches above its weight in terms of value and star classification. Would go back anytime!

Rentouttava loma Long Beach Chaletissa
Todella mukava vierailu Long Beach Chaletissa. Merenrantanäkymästä kannattaa maksaa. Bungalowit erittäin siistejä ja hyvän kokoisia. Ranta-alue on hyvinhoidettu ja rauhallinen. Aamupala ok. Soveltuu hyvin myös lapsiperheelle. Tuk tukilla pääsee nopeasti eri ravintoloihin esim. Saladaniin.

Siisti bungalovi.
Hyvän tasoinen bungalovi, kun otti hieman kalliimman vaihtoehdon. Beach oli ihan hyvä, lasinsirpaleet vähän miinusti, mutta plussaa rauhallisuudesta. Aamiainen oli hyvä, kuten myös rannassa oleva uima-allas. Lämmin palvelu, kuten suurimmassa osassa paikoista.

Pick up and transfer from to airport stress free. :) Wonderful beach hotel is situated on. Lots of restaurants on the main road outside of the property. Best breakfast buffet!

We enjoyed are stay at the property, but found certain areas untidy ,although there was signs stating that towels would be removed from sun beds that are not in use this never happened, so this limted the beds during the day. The food during the day was good, staff where polite.

Excellent overall, but a few weak suits
Recently spent four nights at Long Beach Chalet and, overall, completely understand why it gets such positive reviews. The beautiful beach front setting is idyllic (and a nice combination of sun and tree shade), the grounds in general invite complete relaxation, the room was beautiful, clean and well-appointed, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. We fell short of a five-star review because: 1) Before arriving, we were under the impression that it was a full-service operation with regards to tours, etc., but we were basically handed a binder with outside options to look into ourselves. We could, and did, but it was a bit disappointing and surprising. 2) While the food was excellent, the service at Lym's was sub-par in terms of excessive wait times (even when not busy) and friendliness. Definitely not typical Thai warmth and hospitality from our experience. The tone seemed to have been set by the SV there at the time and was probably the least welcoming and attentive service we experienced in Thailand. Maybe we were just there at an off time, but we ended up eating off-premises a lot. 3) The pool, while nice, was full of kids the entire visit, making it an unattractive option for adults. Of course kids have as much right as anyone to be there, but some adult-only hours would go a long way. 4) The massage pavilion is right on top of too much activity and noise. Plenty of room elsewhere on the grounds for a more peaceful setting. All in all though, great place!

This hotel is comfortable and maintained well. We booked the deluxe seaview villa and were very happy with the room, comfort and amenities. We love that water is included in the room and the reception is always very friendly and helpful. This place is our go to in Koh Lanta!

Friendly helpful staff beautiful view of the Sea. And by far the best breakfast with fresh homemade bread and jams. I would come back just for the breakfast. In my opinion it is the best option on long beach.

Loved and will definitely be back
We love this hotel and will be coming back! Next time we will definitely get one of the larger rooms or the beachside pavillions. The standard loft is nice and rustic but next time we fancy the luxury of the bigger deluxe ones. All the staff were very lovely, you have the beach virtually to yourself, theres normally no struggle for sunbeds and even multiple days I could have a Kabana to myself. We loved the experience here and didn't want to leave. Only negative feedback, sometimes at Lym's the service could be pretty slow even waiting over an hour for food and sometimes room service would come and not take away the dirty towels or empty glasses etc but these are minor points compared to the experience of staying there! all the staff were great, maybe they just needed one or two more to get things moving quickly.

Long stay at Long beach Charlet
Vi hade 2 bokningar den ena var på 5 dagar på Seaside front villa alldeles utmärkt med utsikt hav och solnedgång + att villan har en bubbelpool. Rummet var stort och rymligt mkt rent, stort kylskåp hotellet bjuder även på fyra 50 cl vatten+ 2 flaskor läsk och 2 st chipspåsar som är gratis varje dag. De 2 andra dagarna så bodde vi i nyrenoverade hus/lägenheter billigare peng även här var det mkt fin standard på rummen. Alla i receptionen var hjälpsamma om det var något fel. Den enda nackdelen var när man skulle beställa mat till lunch eller kvällsmat att man fick vänta länge räkna med 40-45 min även om det var lite folk men maten har varit jätte god. Vi kommer till frukosten mycket att välja på och mkt gott ni kommer inte bli besvikna. Lite folk överallt pga covid alla affärer har inte öppet inne vid Koh lanta market Rätt skönt faktiskt man får se Thailand på ett annat sätt

Tellement de qualificatifs negatifs qu'i est impossible de tous les siter. Points positifs: Belle plage bien entretenue et bel amenagement. Belle piscine en bord de mer, l'autre est sans interet car au milieu d'un jardin a l'abandon au pied des bungalows. Points negatifs: personnel impoli, inefficace, qui demanderait une formation minimum dans le service/hotellerie, mangagement inexistant, petit dejeuner degueulasse, linge de toilette dans un etat deplorable (usé, taché, troué, efiloché), menage fait a la va-vite, accueil inextistant, restaurant a eviter (Mauvais et donc cher pour la qualite), hotel coupé en deux par un jardin de 200m de long a l'abandon avec d'un cote des bungalows en bord de route (vous n'etes bien sur pas informés de ce detail lors de la reservation) et cote plage des chambres en bord de mer. Le sort reservé aux clients semble associé a la chambre que vous occupez (les bungalows etant moins chers)! Pour finir, du bruit, partout, tout le temps (personnel sans discretion, musiques inappropriés et differentes dans le bar et le cafe a 25m de distance, a un volume plutôt elevé). En bref, si petit budget, pourquoi pas car vraiment belle plage et bien amenagee. Jolie piscine. bel emplacement pour un verre au coucher du soleil. Si possible, loger ailleurs que dans les bungalows en bord de route et dejeuner/diner ailleurs.

Its location is not to be beaten - rooms in the garden area are very nice but being on the beach side (we tried both) is quite something. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Escape Coffee Bar serves some amazing coffee, perfect start to the day after a morning stroll on the beach.

Excellent treehouse stay at Koh Lanta!
I could not say enough good things about this resort. We stayed in a garden view room. Excellent location near the beach, two very nice pools, excellent restaurant and bar. Breakfast was probably the best we have had in Thailand so far. Easy to rent a scooter from the front desk to travel around the island. Very cool setup with a loft style room with outside bathroom and shower (still very private though). Would recommend 1000x over!

Et fantastisk sted
Long Beach Charlet er et fantastisk sted på den skønne Long Beach. Der er flere forskellige hytter - enten i Garden Zone eller i Beachfront Zone. Vi boede i en super fin Sea View Vila med kig til vandet og en meget smuk solnedgang fra villaens terrasse. Der er en hyggelig restaurant, der tilbyder både thairetter samt pizza og andre internationale retter. Der er musik flere aftener ved restauranten. Personalet på hele Long Beach Charlet er meget servicemindede og smilende.

Most beautiful beach ever. Wonderful rooms if booked down by the beach. Massages on the beach that are relaxing and professional, great prices. Food is tasty and I did not want to ever leave this place. Can’t wait to go back.

Weird and tiny bungalow
We booked the standard bungalow for our honeymoon. It looked great online, but in reality, it's a random, standalone, one-room building near where the motorbikes are parked. It was loud since the guests have a lot of motorbikes. You cannot enjoy sitting on your porch or have privacy because the bungalow is in full view of one of the main roads. It's absolutely tiny. The door to the bathroom is super short, so my husband repeatedly hit his head. If you want a bungalow, spend less money on the budget bungalow. We paid more money to be sorely disappointed.

Long Beach is perfect stay, staff are helpful, massage was amazing, and the facilities are great. Bar staff were quite unfriendly which was the only let down.

On nous a attribué le bungalow numéro 1 (le plus proche de la reception et de la rue principale). L'emplacement est très bruyant, il nous était impossible de dormir la nuit à cause du bruit. La chambre est hyper chaude par rapport à la température extérieure. Impossible de se servir du climatiseur car il est très très bruyant. Il est donc impossible de dormir dans tous les cas que ce soit à cause la chaleur ou bien du bruit. Je tiens à signaler également que des bêtes (souris ou autres ?) coincés quelques part au plafond se mettent à bouger pendant la nuit et font donc un bruit effrayant. Impossible donc de se sentir en sécurité. Aussi, le bungalow est envahi par les lézards et les cafards (ce qu'il laisse des doutes sur l'hygiène et la propreté du logement). Heuresement, que nous y sommes restés deux nuits seulement.

Jättefint hotell, vi bodde i budget bungalow. Nära vägen men vi störde oss inte på det. En kort promenad till frukost och strand och en av poolerna. Mycket bra strand och frukost! Lite långt från liv o rörelse men verkligen lugnt och avslappnat!
