good hotel
We had a chino room next to the pool. It was a clean and spacious room (+ no spiders detected!). The pool area is very nice, peaceful and relaxing. Overall, we liked the hotel a lot.

Kaunis ranta, älä odota hotellilta luksusta
Aamupala oli muihin Thaimaassa saatuihin aamupaloihin verrattuna valikoimaltaan ja laadultaan pettymys. Selkä ja häntäluu ovat tässä hotellissa kovilla johtuen kovasta sängystä ja aurinkopetien huonoista pehmusteista. Iso huone oli kolkko ja kulunut lattioita lukuunottamatta, jotka lienee hiljattain uusittu. Suihku oli vaatimaton, mutta vedenpaine hyvä ja vesi lämmintä. Hotellin ravintolan taso pelasti paljon ja siellä tulikin nautittua viikon lomalla useampi lounas ja illallinen oikein mielellään. Ravintolan sijainti oli myös saaren viihtyisimpiä, suoraan rannalla. Tuttu thaimaalainen hymy puuttui henkilökunnan kasvoilta kauttaaltaan eikä iloisia "sawade kaa"-tervehdyksiä kuultu kertaakaan koko loman aikana. Päiväretkeilijöitä Siam Baylla (hotellin rannalla) riittää, mutta onneksi aamun ensimmäiset ja iltapäivän viimeiset tunnit ovat rauhallisia, jolloin hotellin asukkailla on hyvä tilaisuus nauttia kauniista rannasta hiljaisuudessa. Snorklailua emme Siam Baylla kokeilleet, sillä kauniiksi kehutut korallit olivat kuitenkin kohtalaisen pitkän uintimatkan päässä rannasta ja uinnille omat haasteensa asetti voimakkaasti muuttuva merenpinnan taso. Saarella riittää kyllä muita snorlauspaikkoja, joihin pääsee käsiksi Siam Bayta kätevämmin.

Saari sukeltamiseen, rauhallinen hotelli
Tilattu kuljetus lentokentältä hotellille ei onnistunut, mutta pahoitteluja esitettiin runsaasti. Wi-Fi toimi satunnaisesti ja pääasiassa vain vastaanoton lähettyvillä. Astioiden tiskaus unohtui siivoojalta. Muutoin kaikki toimi hienosti ja palvelu oli ystävällistä.

Great for a relaxed escape from Phuket
Spent 1 night in a poolside deluxe room and absolutely loved the place, could've easily stayed a few more nights. An awesome pool area, however the water could be a bit more chilly for it to be even somewhat refreshing. The room was nice as well, bed comfy and restroom spacious with a separate shower and bathtub. AC, Wifi, shower worked rather flawlessly. The resort is in a beautiful natural surroundings, really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and the private beach with nice sunchairs. Prices in the restaurant naturally quite high due to limited selection, but we didn't let this bother too much as the food was tasty, service good and the setting right next to the beach gorgeous. Breakfast was okay, nothing special but all the basic stuff. The hotel transport from Chalong to Racha was good. All in all, would gladly come back to spend a relaxed weekend and recommend to others.

Where to start? Perfect location, great bay, dream views. But that’s about it. The facilities need renovation, poor maintenance of gardens and surroundings. Unprofessional management. Abandoned equipment and furniture laying in corners, garbage bags. Plastic on the beach. The resort goes for a desperate ‘everything extra’ policy.. want to paddle.. 500 half an hour, need a life vest.. 50 extra.. toilet 20.. (but sign only.. they did not actually charge for toilet use). Big issue is that hotel guests and groups of day-trip visitors just does not go well together. 8 sunbeds w. topper in first row.. well.. blocked by visitors. Visitors called to gather by whistle.. very romantic . garbage bags left behind..garbage still around after 2 days.

We stayed 4 nights and loved it. The Chino room was both beautiful and restful. Loved the surroundings and the beach …. But, it was chaotic in knowing how to get to the island resort (hotel instructions are not clear) and then finding that the restaurant by the stunning beach only operated certain hours was a shock. But we made the most of it and would be back in a second if we could.

We were welcomed on to the boat by Peach who was just the best host and made sure we had everything needed for our stay. The island is breath taking and food and service were both great. We will definitely be visiting again

Edens lustgård?
Vilket fantastiskt ställe! - Edens lustgård? Med en härlig pool, i en fantastisk trädgård och till det en i det närmaste egen vit korallsandsstrand känns det som man har hamnat i paradiset. Vi njöt till fullo här i fem dagar, åt vid stranden, blev "ompysslade" av personalen och sov i ett härligt stort rum vid poolen. Hotellet är det enda som ligger vid denna underbara strand (som dessutom kan erbjuda väldigt bra snorkling :) ) ! Söker ni härlig natur, lugn och ro och en känsla av lyx så kan vi varmt rekommendera detta. Lars o Petra

タイ人ですが日本語が喋れるスタッフがいてとても感じのいい方で頼りきってしまいました！ ホテルの外に出るにはレンタルバイクを一日800THBで借りるのがよいでしょう。 ホテルの中にはレストランが一つだけしかありませんが、タイ料理、イタリアンあり飽きません。 料金がプーケットの街中に比べて離島価格なのはしかたありません。

ホテル内も適度に広く、十分リゾート感が味わえました。スパやジムもあるし、敷地内の猫も可愛かったしコモドドラゴンも川？沿いで見られます。プールまでは歩いて5分ちょっとですが、ほぼ中国人？タイ人ファミリーが占領していました。笑 ホテル内のレストランは、海目の前にあり、日帰り客の人も少ないので落ち着いていてゆっくり過ごせます。

Site et plage magnifiques et beaux bâtiments dans un jardin bien entretenu, belle piscine, mais chambres et équipements décevants. Les chambres: Chambre et salle de bains spacieuses mais pas de grand miroir dans la salle de bains, un simple petit miroir rond d'appoint, robinetterie du lavabo vétuste et rouillée, très faible éclairage dans les 2 pièces, un seul chevet et pas de lampe de chevet, réfrigérateur et climatisation très bruyants. Les équipements: pas de matelas sur les transats en plastique de la plage très inconfortables, bar de la piscine jamais ouvert. Le restaurant: carte pas très variée mais plats bons et copieux, mais un gros bémol: alors qu'ils proposent des barbecues, ils ne savent pas l'utiliser; on a attendu 45 mn un poisson grillé qui n'est jamais arrivé en nous disant qu'ils n'avaient pas réussi à le faire cuire! Les transferts: catastrophique au retour. Nous avions réservé et eu confirmation de l'aller retour, voiture de l'aéroport à l'embarcadère puis bateau jusqu'à l'ile. Tout s'est bien passé à l'aller, mais au retour, ils ont refusé de nous emmener en disant qu'on n'avait pas réservé la navette aéroport pour le retour. Nous avons dû nous débrouiller par nos propres moyens à la dernière minute et failli rater l'avion.Comportement inadmissible et très mauvaise organisation. On ne sait même pas s'ils nous l'ont facturé car ils ont refusé de nous donner la facture détaillée lors du check out.

内線電話が使えず不便でした。 朝食は他と比べると悪過ぎ。 レストランの接客レベルが低い。 ハンバーガーを頼んでセットのポテトは選択と書いてあるのにフレンチフライしか無いと言われた。 サービス精神が無い。 マッサージは海の横に無いとやる気しない。 ベッドメイクは素早く良く出来ていた。

Not coming back
Okay stay. Wi-Fi wasn't available due to the heavy rain. Seafood buffet (899THB per person) was not good. I wouldn't call this seafood buffet. Waste of money. Frontdesk staff speak English but others don't. The beach in front is too shallow to swim and no fish around. Breakfast was no many choises. The room was ok. I would not come back for this hotel.

friendly staff, big room, very dirty pool,bad food
Hotel is dated a couple of things was not working in the room, air con sensor broken and maintain fixed it in about 30 mins,bath leaks (I just let it be) Average breakfast, Restaurant has a bad chief, food is not nice but you can go out of the hotel.in about 5-7 mins you will get other restaurants. Very dirty pool, the filter only turn on during the day, the pool is GREEN and you cant see the bottom... I cant believe I let me kids swim there. Attentive staff special thanks to house keeping manager Nu, super helpful and kind. The beach is nice with podwer sands and aqua blue water but cant see that many fish at all. Overall ok but a bit pricey for the status given its in a remote island... No mosquito bites guess we wete lucky killed a few tho. We stayed 3 nights I would recommend two nights max. Nothing to do.

Quite nice place
If you are looking for a quite rest, Racha is wright place. For families it's great. Hotel is not crowded and usually Chinese people stays. Every day between 11-15 boat tours coming to the beach with many tourist to have lunch and swimming. At night only entertainment is to wall around the island whish 4km at all. You can rest ATV to ride around. Also there is tide at the sea.

객실 침대 삐걱소리나고 매트리스는 푹 꺼져있고 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 나원참 ㅋㅋㅋ 이런 침대는 또 처음 써보네요 오래된 느낌 팍팍 객실은 메인 풀장 앞 (제일 기본객실) 이어서 분위기가 너무 좋아요 조식은 그냥 저냥 먹을만해요 레스토랑은 딱히 맛은 보통인데 바다 보면서 먹으니까 분위기는 좋아요 맛에 비해 너무 비싸고 부가세까지 .... 어쩔수없는듯 섬이라 다 ㅂㅣ쌈 더 라차보다 저렴해서 갔는데 그냥 괜찮았어요 빠톡베이에는 사람들이 우르르르 왔다가 우르르 빠짐 여하튼 뭐 갈만은 하네요 한번쯤은

Best place to stay at Racha island
We have been at Racha island before on the other side of the island (stayed at the Racha). That side is now too busy and too many tourists with less Thai friendlyness as a result. This Hotel and the Beach (Siam bay) IS the right place to go. Much less people and a bit of a hide-away. Coral on the lovely Beach makes it a bit difficult (painful :-)) to go swiming. But just swim although it is shallow! And go snorkling!!! Just order from activity center in Hotel. Great on a Long tail boat and not expensive. We were very Happy! So stay at the Racha if you want 100% luxury but stay here if you think surroundings and less people bests the last perfectionated finish.

the racha was booked up so we had to stay in rayaburi… the hotel is dated and it's not clean. spot everywhere on the floor and wall. stains on bed sheet and toilet also

Good value for money on a beautiful beach
We were with a family with 3 teenagers and my old parents. We enjoyed the beautiful, clean beach and the nice weather . Rooms are big and confortable. Nice and clean swimming pool . Not ideal for disabled guests (lots of stairs and walk from restaurant to room, room to the pool, pool to the beach). The restaurant on the beach is a bless with a nice view and a little wind. Thai food and a few international options. The team is very very friendly and always willing to help. We appreciated it a lot.

Fint, men let slidt hotel.
Ved ankomst fik vi et middelmådigt værelse med defekt bruser og karbad, men så snart vi klagede fik vi en opgradering og et meget fint værelse med stor privat balkon. Service på stedet var rigtig fin. Maden var ikke helt den ellers høje thai-standard, og morgenmaden var fin men ikke prangende. Super fin sandstrand 10 minutters gang fra stedet, som dog er meget præget af kinesiske turister. Stedet var efterhånden en smule slidt.
