”The rental management company that handles the house is very helpful and responsive. We did have a couple things pop up, which I was able to text them and they had a very quick response time. There was an issue with one of the air conditioners - not the rental management company's fault - the drain was clogged due to it being so hot and humid. ”Such a nice little hidden gem! It was clean, and despite being tiny it felt very spacious for two people and a service pup. I was originally worried when I saw the listing said no pets, since I do have a service dog who accompanies me, but the host was very accommodating and helpful! It isn’t far from a main road, but it’s separated by a beautiful creek and bridge, it quiets down at night and the hot tub is perfect! We definitely are planning on coming back sometime!”

”We did not get check in information, when we called VR BO they said they would cancel our reservation and someone would call to assist us with another reservation…they never did ! An hour later we got a call from the owner and got check in information at about 8:00. The property was great. This was disappointing since we had just had a reservation canceled in Florida with vrbo and was also told we would be contacted when the host canceled a 18 night reservation…again no help. ”Pretty good stay. Excellent location to Dollywood for dropping people off. Just some small improvements could be made to the property that is no fault of owners. Waited and Hour and a half after check in time due to still cleaning. Towels were folded up still wet in bathroom bc breaker blew and dryers wasn’t working….easy fix there. Had to plunge the bathtub bc drain was clogged and backing up. Grass way too tall for comfort but not sure mowers would have had chance to mow better bc of rain....
