”This establishment has really declined in terms of service and convenience. They have made the back door an emergency door, so good luck if your room is near the back. Room had a stench of cigarettes. The towel rack on the shower door and on the wall were broken. Staff is less than jovial....might need #departmentofhomelandsecurity to make a visit. There's a couple of guys that 'work there' in civilian clothes instead of a uniform.”

”Great location — convenient and easy to access. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was professional and friendly, and the breakfast was good. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would gladly recommend this hotel.”

”I called the Monday before my stay and asked if i could get and early check in, they told me to call day of, fine no problem. I call the morning of they said they would do their best and to call back around 1 pm. I call back at 1 pm, they say they still don't have any double rooms clean but to come to the hotel around 2 and i can enjoy the amenities. I go to the hotel at 2 they say they still don't have any double rooms clean but to check back in 30 minutes. I wait another 30 minutes and go back...

”Overall it was a decent experience. The room was a little dirty with stains and liquid on the desk. The back lot where we had to park our big truck was a little sketchy. Random people working on their cars at 11pm, but it was well lit. As we drove across country it was a good stay.”

”Unhelpful and rude staff. Terrible airport shuttle service - it is not automatic so make sure to reserve ahead, but you will still wait. 20 minutes from the airport with no traffic.”
