”Clean and organized. Well equipped and stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds and furniture. It was nice to heave a few additional warm blankets. Lovely views from the deck. It was very windy during our stay and we weren’t able to stay out in the deck and enjoy the fresh air, but the views were amazing.”

”I booked the reservation. Had no response from host. I finally contacted him day of check in. He replied that I had cancelled and he already had another reservation. Informed him I never cancelled and even had a reservation confirmation #. I contacted Vrbo, they called him. He told them he didn’t own the home anymore. So he gave 2 different stories. So I had to book a new reservation at a motel instead. ”

”A beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. It is a gated community so you can feel secure. Loved the layout of the living spaces. Very comfortable beds. Close to shopping and public transportation. The primary bathroom is wonderful with plenty of hot water. Very convenient to anything you will want to do”

”Our family enjoyed our stay in Arvada! This was our base for exploring Denver. (Downtown was about a 30-minute drive from the house.) The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant with a park at the end of the street. The home was clean and comfortable with a well-appointed and stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels and washcloths for everyone. The beds were so comfortable. Our boys loved the garage game room, too. Our host was helpful and communicative.”
