”We are so incredibly pleased with how courteous and professional the staff are, all of the dining options (there is a beautifully put together room service menu with a plethora of options), and many amenities (I had lavender relaxation oil on my bedside table!). There are plenty of entertainment options in the area that are especially easy to walk to or a short drive away. We will most definitely be back. ”

”We had a little mix-up with the room at check-in but the person at the front desk made it right. She was very friendly and helpful with it. The breakfast service was disappointing. it was closed Sunday. On Monday, the food was very good, but the wait both to take my order and to be served were very long. Another person in the restaurant gave up and didn't order. The gym is better than at many hotels. The location is very convenient for UAH. ”
