”We just needed a place to stay for the night and it was exactly what we were looking for.”

”Room wasn't bad, and the price was great! Staff was very nice and very helpful. Parking was a bit rough. It is side slotted, and the parking is extremely tight between the 2 buildings. It is one way in, one way out, no backing in. If a lot of large trucks are parked, such as was my experience, the narrow driveway behind them becomes a situation where you have to reverse out into the road where you pulled in from. I have a tiny car. So there's that.”

Sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä selvisi, että juomat, alv ja palvelurahat ei kuulu aamiaiseen ja ne pitää maksaa erikseen. Aamiaisella meiltä velvoitettiin ruoka, kahvit ja mehu, vaikka meillä oli maksettu aamiaiskuponki. Tilasin munakas burriton ilman sipulia ja pekonia (kehoni ei kestä näitä raaka-aineita) silti niitä oli paljon ruoassa ja...

”Awful place , room was dirty stained sheets and lots of hairs, ridiculous dirty floor had to keep my shoes on, AC was smelly couldn’t turn it on. Walls were beat up. No maintenance. Was missing toilet paper holder. Would not recommend this place.”

”Overall stay was ok. A lot of small things broken or run down. From Bathroom fan making a lot of noise when running, color lines on TV, to exterior structure in decay. Pool, hot tub, and sauna were out of order.”

”Our quick stay at Reed’s Lodge was very pleasant. The room was beautiful (we chose The Marilyn Monroe). Beds were comfy enough and everything was clean. Some of the hardware in the bathroom was a little wobbly but not really a big deal. There aren’t a ton of breakfast options but my family of 4 were all able to find something we were happy with eating. I thought this inn was adorable and quaint and wouldn’t hesitate to book again the next time we come through Springerville.”

”Rooms are not well insulated. Parties in next room and in the halls until 1:40 am - not helpful. The other side of our room had the ice machines which someone decided to empty out at 4:30 am. Short nights sleep.”
