”A hidden gem for any medieval castle hotel fan. We’ve stayed at many castle hotels and Langley Castle stuck out for its authenticity and unique details, especially the 14th century window niches. Make sure to reserve a suite with a window niche like Greenwich Room. Dinner is a nice occasion with drinks starting in the drawing room before descending to the dining room for the meal. Free castle history tour in the morning.”

”Location, 10 minutes from the airport was excellent. Although very close to the A1, the hotel is situated within green and leafy gardens. Our room, third floor looking over the car park, had countryside views and we could hear very little road noise even with the window open. From a seamless check in with an amazingly warm welcome from Nicola and Cheryl who remembered us from previous visits.
