Beds comfy and plenty of towels.
Lots of sockets for charging etc.

Still and sparkling water in reception free of charge is a lovely touch.

”We had a very comfortable, clean, spacious room overlooking the Millenium Bridge. We needed to be quiet, as we were attending a family funeral. And it was.
The facilities in the room are excellent. You have everything you need and more.
Watch out for extemely hot water in the shower.
Also, we paid an extortionate amount of money for a 10/15 minute taxi ride which the hotel booked for us. I would suggest booking an Uber or Google a local company.

”This was a rabbit warren of a hotel, with rooms of all shapes and sizes scattered throughout the site. We were initially given a very dark room, which was a strange shape, and a yapping dog next door; we were given a much better room when we complained.
There was a problem with the wifi connection throughout our stay, and as the mobile phone signal was poor, we had to leave the hotel to get an internet connection.
There was insufficient car parking on site and so we had to pay £10.80 per day at...
