”The property was great and the communication with property manager was right on time and very accommodating. It was a great stay with a pet and had a nice little doggie park on property, however, just like all dog parks, the pet owners do not pick up after their pets as they should. We were not able to use the pool, gym or other facilities, but they all looked very nice and maintained properly. Heads up for anyone with staircase difficulties, there were no elevators in our building, but only...

”The home was very nice and clean and 3 BD/2BR was exactly what my family needed. As a matter of fact, we stay in Tallahassee and are going to pick our son up from UNF in Jacksonville tomorrow and I am about to see if there is availability at this place ---- that's how much we all liked it. I highly recommend it and I would give them 10 stars if I could. ”

”Very convenient to old part of St Augustine. We were able to walk where we wanted to go. Nice layout. Clean. Comfortable beds. Full size kitchen to cook in. The only issue was the people staying in the other part of the house (2 separate areas) were very noisy and easily heard. Will still be back again. ”

”This space was very charming for the 5 of us. 2 bathrooms made it very nice with my mom staying with us. It was a short drive to the beach around 10 minutes. Historic area was a short drive as well. The outdoor patio area in the large backyard was warm and inviting. My kids had a great time playing the board games and using the karaoke machine when we were waiting for the heat to pass. Our stay was so fun! ”

”Overall very nice condo with a couple of issues that should have been addressed prior to arrival. The front screen door handle on the outside falls off at times making entry difficult if you are carrying anything. The keurig coffee maker was full of black mold in the water reservoir. We cleaned, bleached, and sanitized it! Other than that, a great place in a great location. We will be back.”
