”Mario and Ramrattee were great hosts. We were in town for our family reunion. They made sure that we had a home away from home. The house was very clean and stocked with amenities and snacks. They ensured that we were comfortable. They were very responsive. We had 6 adults. There was adequate space. I would recommend this property.”

”Very nice and clean home. The host was very friendly and good about calling or texting us about whatever was needed. Responded within 5 minutes. The home is very spacious and well maintained. There was a problem with the AC, but Lana came over and fixed the problem. Lots of dinnerware, cups, glasses...etc.We will be booking with her again.”

”Serenity Terrace was easily accessible, clean, and comfortable. Located within reasonable walking distance to the quaint main street, which includes several shops and eateries.”

”Can't say enough about how great our time was there.”

”Very clean! Well stocked. Very communicative!”

”I stayed here for about 2 months for a summer internship. I really enjoyed the property and host! If we had any questions, the host would communicate very quickly. The area around the property felt safe, and it was a nice location near about 5 minutes away from lots of shops and restaurants.”

”Clean and met or need for the night passing through the area.”

”the amenities were great and the ac”

”Amazing house to stay in. Very clean and accommodating!! Loved it”

”Great little bungalow. Well stocked, clean and felt like home”

”Older home, very clean, great boat parking!Only about 4 miles to the boat launch on Orange lake”

”House was clean and offered a fenced back yard for pets. The back yard needed some cleaning up as was full of fire ant piles and some overgrown areas that might be home to snakes. There were no instructions available for us technology challenged folks on internet and TV use. The only "challenging" thing for us was the size of the beds. Listing has it with one queen bed and one full bed. When measured they are both full beds - se we wound up sleeping in separate beds.”

”We loved waking up to the lake and wildlife. The home was wonderful, clean and quiet. It was well stocked and had everything we needed. The location was beautiful and so peaceful.”

”What a wonderful stay! Such a cute, cozy, and spotless home with everything we needed to feel comfortable. It was also very pet-friendly, which made our stay even better! The host was absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to answer all our questions and make sure we had a great experience. We truly appreciated her kindness and hospitality. Highly recommend! 🏡❤️🐾”

”We really enjoyed our stay there. One minor hiccup, and they took care of it immediately. It wasn’t even enough to complain about. Love the house and the decor. The only drawback is the downstairs shower is a little small, so if you’re over 6 feet tall you’re probably gonna need to take a bath.”

”Our families enjoyed this lovely home. Everything is clean, the beds are comfy, plenty of towels and a well equipped kitchen. The grounds are lovely and well kept. Although it was a little too warm to sit outside, there were several inviting areas on the wrap around shaded porch. The host is very congenial and responsive. We would stay here again.”

”Great location for all of the Gainesville area. The condo was clean and well furnished. Excellent communication from the owner made it an enjoyable stay!”
