”Upon check-in, I was advised that the elevator was out of service in our room was on the third floor. So we had to walk up and down three flights of stairs during our stay. This was upsetting as my mother had planned to come with us, but at the last minute decided not to. If she had come, I don't know how we would've gotten up and down the stairs as she uses a walker. Also, the TV did not work at all in our room. One of the hotel employees came up to the room and thought he could fix it but he...

”FAITH!! She was a lifesaver! Truly! Us Missouri girls who had a terrible experience next door at Castlewood and felt very unsafe she came to our rescue!! There was only one elevator and it got stuck one day, but really other than that, it was one of the best hotels to stay at and we were in Indianapolis for 17 days back and forth from the hospital. Thank you Faith for all you done! ”

”What happened to Marriott brands? We stayed at the Castleton (Indiana) one this past weekend and . . well . . the room was very clean; that’s the best I can say and maybe that’s enough for you. On the other hand: The wall thermostat was broken (or never was operational) so we had a floor unit beside the window that sounded like a propeller forcing air from the far end of the room. ”35 minutes to check in, whole hotel under renovations, dust EVERYWHERE finally get to room had wires sticking out of it, mold in tub. Very unacceptable. Asked for refund and Karen at front desk started being very rude, finally got ahold of the manager and he was very nice and refunded our money. We did not stay even an hour. ”
