”Checking in was easy. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was very nice. I was asked to pay $30 at check in. Was told it was for incidentals and that Expedia would credit that back to me, along with a receipt of refund and of the hotel stay. Please refund the incidental fee to my card on file and send me a receipt for stay and refund. Thank you!!”

”Clean room, nice congregating space. Nice space in room. Exhaust fan was not handling the kitchen food grease aroma in the kitchen/ bar area the night we were there but the next morning it was fine. Very nice options for breakfast. ”

”The hotel staff were pleasant and accommodating of our request for our pet dog to join us during our stay. The hotel has been updated and the restaurant is great! The waitress during the morning breakfast was lovely and very responsive! ”

”Everything was great, the only unfortunate thing is , the breakfast is fairly expensive for what would be free at most hotels, and they gave coupons for 2 free breakfasts, but we had our son with us so we did have to pay for his. Minor inconvenience really for an overall great stay.”

”Our room and the hotel overall were very clean and quiet. The staff was excellent—especially Tyson, who helped us right away when we had an issue with the air-freshener system in the hallway. Our only concern was that the air-freshener unit near our room was extremely strong. We would stay here again, but we would request a room farther away from one of these units. The scent level should really be turned down, as guests with allergies or sensitivity to strong smells may be affected. My...
