”There was a leak in our room leaving a continuous puddle on the floor, the sink dripped, and carpet was coming up in spots. The staff was amazing. There were angry guest because of 2 large busses taking up the drop off area, they handled it amazingly. The man working the dining area during breakfast was so incredibly sweet. The staff truly made the trip amazing.”

”I enjoyed the style of the hotel and the services are excellent.Very convenient location for walking to convention center and local sites. Over time the dark colors and finishings can strain this old person's eyesight. ”Needs maintenance on cabins and playgrounds and outside game activities, no bibles in the cabins, loved the activities for the kids. The staff was wonderful and very friendly and helpful. The Pizza Shack pizza was a hit with the kids. The breakfast buffet we were told about was not there. The store for food and coffee didn’t open until 9am. We would definitely go back. Internet was spotty. The bathhouse was very clean. ”
