Koillis-Kansas Hotellit

”The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The location was a little farther from downtown and the university, but I would definitely stay here again.”

”Great location and the room was really nice.”

”Bed was like sleeping on concrete. Curtains would only half close and street light was right outside our window. Big stain on couch and in elevator. We ended up leaving at 230am because we couldn't sleep.”

”There was mold in the shower and that’s unacceptable.”

”My sink was clogged noticed when I went to shower, called the front desk and they said it was late for maintenance to fix I had to get some sleep so stood in that room.”

”We had booked 4 rooms for a wedding, a couple of the rooms smelled very musty, so we bought a couple of air freshers to help with the smell”

”The room was nice and comfortable but the cleaning staff did not clean our room or furnish clean towels until we asked for them. The front desk staff was not helpful at all and were really rude. No one would answer the phone and it took several calls to get them to answer. They also charged me a $100 deposit that was not stated on your website. I would not recommend this hotel at all.”

”✌”

”Fairly outdated rooms but a BEAUTIFUL, interesting, relaxing, and delightful property overall, especially the amazing central indoor courtyard area with a nice water feature and small pool. Good value overall and great customer service as well!”

”Good breakfast. Big room.”

”The tv remote was not working and 2nd not working and had to go to bar to watch World Series they didn’t even offer a beer on the house”

”Very clean! Staff was very friendly. We will stay again.”
