”We have stayed at several Days Inn Hotels on our trip...
The gentleman at the front desk lacked professionalism as the front desk person is an ambassador of the establishment..personally, if you're unhappy with your management or corporate heads, I believe you should deal with them, not your customers...however, he was helpful with the sign on for wifi
Unfortunately, this location is in need of some tlc...the ice machine wasn't working and it appeared it hadn't for sometime...bathroom door...

”While it looked run down from the outside, it was clean & modern looking inside.
Not having a reception area was not really helpful when travelling from Australia with no international phone coverage & Expedia could not pass on our email etc. we would much prefer to have the personal approach.”
