”While it looked run down from the outside, it was clean & modern looking inside. Not having a reception area was not really helpful when travelling from Australia with no international phone coverage & Expedia could not pass on our email etc. we would much prefer to have the personal approach.”

”Hotel has a good location and clean rooms, but it is not managed properly. Breakfast was good, but in a small area and they kept running out of food. No hot water for tea and hot chocolate most of the time. Trash was not taken out for 3 nights. The main problem was that hotel staff didn't want our large group to socialize in the lobby in the evening. Jordan at the front desk told us that the quiet time starts at 9:00 P.M.
