”The property was absolutely gorgeous. Every room in the house is beautiful. I stayed in the Ryerson Suite and it was spacious, and lovely. There was a cozy porch and sitting area with a tv that I sadly didn't have much time to spend in though it had a beautiful view of the grounds. The view from my room allowed for a peek at Lake Superior and a gorgeous sunrise view. I would love to stay there again on my next Duluth visit. ”

”The room was very clean and the amenities were very good. The staff member at the desk tried very hard to get a room with a view. We were pleased with the view of the bay. The only concern we had was the bed was a little hard but each person likes their own softness when it comes to bed mattress. All in all I would highly recommend this facility to family and friends. ”

”Every staff member encountered was very professional and welcoming. The hotel was nice and fairly well up kept. Overall our stay was very good and I think for the quality of the hotel and amenities it was priced very competitively. That said, I think our room could and should have been cleaner upon our arrival. There was some debris left from previous occupants, especially in the darker parts of the room so thoroughly vacuumed the room was not, several stray hairs in the bathroom were missed but...

”My partner and I stayed two nights with our 1 year old pup and had a great time. The roads up the Gunflint were well plowed and the hosts gave us instructions for an easy self check-in. The room was affordable, clean, the bed was comfortable, and the upstairs shared kitchen/community space has a large deck overlooking the lake. Hosts were great with communication.”
