”Our clerk at check in was fantastic. We were in St Louis with a family member who had a medical appointment for early the next morning. Unfortunately when he reserved his room his appointment was for the following week and he failed to change the date the hotel was fully booked. She called around to find another accommodation with no luck. We were able to have him stay in our room with a roll away bed. It was a definite lifesaver and appreciated her willingness to go above and beyond. ”

”Perfect location and most certainly made my guest and I feel safe at all times. The room was in excellent condition with far more accommodations then ever imagined. The TV was personalized when we arrived in the room which added a nice touch for us during our stay. The staff was super helpful with all of our needs and joined in conversation each time we spoke. Will definitely be staying her again. ”

”Still a comfortable and relatively affordable place to stay in Clayton (although note it’s not really in the Galleria area as billed.) But it’s showing a little wear compared with my earlier visits when it was brand new. The light and alert sound on the legendary waffle maker was broken as was my in/room refrigerator. ”

”This hotel was very neat. I was going to see a show at the Fox and the hotel is almost right across the street from the theatre so it was great for that purpose. There are some things I wish I had known prior to staying so I will share those here. Parking is in the back of the building for the hotel and there is a fee for parking. When I looked this up prior to booking it just stated "parking available". I think it was like $26. You enter the hotel in the back as well by hitting the ring...

”When we arrived we found the parking lot has a lot of tow trucks in it, and that it is in a more industrial area, being that it was close to the Air Port we figured it would be more located for travelers, the only thing going for it in the location department is they are less than a quarter miles from the rental car depot for the air port so picking up and dropping off our rental car was a snap. ”

”Unfortunately the pipes froze and broke right before we arrived at the hotel but the staff was amazing and relocated us and provided transportation to our new hotel. They went above and beyond and couldn’t have been nicer in spite of the challenging conditions that they were facing. We were sorry not to stay there but will try again next time we’re in town.”
