”I could not get hot water for a shower. Ran it for over 10 minutes; best it got was luke warm.
Could not get the internet as the password wouldn't work; wanted to call the front desk but the telephone in the room wasn't working.
And I had a pet and they gave me a second floor room.”

”Eggs and waffles made to order for breakfast. There was a little confusion about billing for an upgrade but Crystal was very friendly and professional; she helped to resolve the problem as quickly as she could with Mike (the manager, who is also friendly and cares about your satisfaction). I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The property and room were very clean and offered great amenities.”
