”Pros: Overall the experience was positive. Some of the frustrations were on my own part. I didn’t read that parking was not included. But there is a parking garage attached to building via bridge. The building was modern and maintained well. Beautiful roof top views. We used the grill on roof top to make some steaks. Had a coffee shop inside the complex. Super convenient location to restaurants and other downtown attractions. Owner was pretty responsive via Expedia app. Room was very clean. Room...

”We were unable to stay at this property because we were uncomfortable with the immediate surroundings after arriving. We observed several broken windows nearby and multiple closed or apparently out-of-business storefronts on the block, including businesses downstairs and next door. We did not feel comfortable leaving our car there or staying overnight, so we left and booked accommodations elsewhere. ”The studio apartment was located on a private property in a quiet neighborhood. Although there was not a clothes closet, there was a coat rack with ample hooks for hanging clothes. The kitchen was full size, as well as the bathroom. It was very comfortable and felt very safe. The host even left a gift of a loaf of fresh sour dough bread from a local nearby business. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience for us, and we look forward to staying there again.”
