When we first arrived the door code wouldn’t open because they apparently have them on a timer so it won’t open til exactly your arrival time which was alittle annoying. I think they should give u atleast 15 min window because everyone arrives a few min early. The place was very clean when we arrive. We loved the layout which was perfect for two people. The outside steps going up to door are a bit of a challenge, especially for small children or the elderly. One misstep could lead to an injury. I believe a warning of these might be advisable. This is a small studio apartment with a kitchenette, the description say both "kitchen and kitchenette" for some reason. The lighting in the room was a little dark, some more light options would be appreciated.”
