”I called the front desk clerk to ask how to stop a blinking light on the phone. I did what he told me to do and it did not work. he said he would come up and fix it but i waited a half hour and called again. I told him never mind cause I wanted to go to sleep. That's the only complaint that i have. Everything else was ok.”

”The price of this hotel was pretty on par with other hotels in the area. My advice is to spend the additonal $20 for a different a hotel. It was clear that this Quality Inn wasn't new, however there's no excuse why it can't be cleaned and maintained properly. Thankfully I only stayed for a night. I moved the chair in the corner of the room when I left to make sure I didnt forget anything. I found rappers, dust bunnies, a TON of hair, and lord knows what else. There's no reason why this can't...

”Pool was cold and hot tub not very clean”

”Clean and spacious room. Bathroom was clean. Friendly and pleasant staff. Breakfast was great with lots of nutritious food to choose from. Will definitely stay at a Springfield suites again in the future. I would give it a more than 5 stars.”

”Clean and well-kept facility. Very convenient to dining options.”
