”The place was well maintained. However, I advised the person in the reception that my mother will have difficulty going up and down the stairs and I was given the deaf ear. We managed being stuck in the 2nd floor with no elevator but just ignoring what was stated was poor customer service in my part. She didn’t want to have her breakfast because of this situation.”

”We had an extremely early flight at the airport across the street from the hotel so we stayed one night only. The room was clean and comfortable and the front desk staff were friendly and explained the hotel amenities (e.g., breakfast, coffee) very well. It is not a luxury hotel but it is a nice place to stay if you are flying one of the first flights out in the AM.”

”Room key kept resetting, had to visit front desk 4 times to reset the key card to get access. Headache when told it should work and it didn’t. Overall, service and staff was friendly.”
