”Front desk lady gave us a up grade because of our anniversary and it was a last minute trip because my husband was immediate to the hospital. The hotel is nice just need a little tlc. Please get rid of that old flower couch to low to the floor and dust the vents. It's sad no one wants to work anymore so everything not open in the hotel. Also to much chlorine in the hot tub. Could enjoy that and it wasn't working properly.”

”The bedroom was clean, but our bathroom was gross! Hair all over in the shower and dirty! The toilet had been flushed and full of hair too. Was disappointing.”

”If you are not able to walk a long distance or walk up & down steps this is not a place for you.
We were given the wrong room number. Key worked, went in and someone else’s things were there.
Elevator didn’t work. Had to walk up 2 flights of stairs. Most of the staff was excellent. Front desk woman was not nice at all. We were told they would give us a room credit but so far that hasn’t been done. Maybe if you are a golfer you get better treatment.
