âThe self check in didn't feel as welcome as a live person. While staff came in to replace used coffee pods and to take a used washcloth, the room was not vacuumed, the garbage was not emptied, and the washcloth was not replaced.
We had dzero live contact with any staff. There appeared to be only one other occupied room.â
