”Staff was pleasant but could have offered to reimbursed us partial payment for the condition of the room. I would not stay there again as it was not cleaned thoroughly. Shower curtain dirty, ironing board cover dirty and could easily be replaced. Body wash dispenser didn’t work and the towel rack was too far away from the shower/tub to safely reach it.”

”It delivered as promised. It's not a luxury hotel, so expectations need to be realistic. But it got the job done. It's clean. Mattresses are good. And I will say that the pillows are outstanding. I stayed at three top-of-the-line luxury hotels in Europe last month, and the pillows here are far better than any of those three places. For breakfast, they're getting the basics out, and you're eating with plastic utensils off paper plates.”

”We booked the one night stay earlier that day since we weren’t sure where our road trip would take us. We were tired after driving for hours but were wonderfully greeted by the front desk clerk. I believe her name is Danette, but I might be wrong. She was friendly, even let us check out the room before completing the booking (she took us upstairs and we liked and kept the room). She gave us some recommendations on where to eat, which turned out to be just the meal we were looking for. The...
