”Part of the hotel is under construction affecting standard rooms. The standard rooms are really old and do not meet the quality that you would expect when staying at Sheraton. If we had known this we hadn’t stayed at Sheraton, especially when paying 400$ per night.”

”Room was as described inside but this room is just facing the parking lot. There is no garden view and you do not see any part of the garden. Room is clean. Property is clean. The pool and beach are amazing. Staff was not overly helpful, maybe to be expected at an owners property. And they said they would do room service once and never came. I would book the property again but a different room. You didn’t get what you paid for with this one.”
