”Located about 20 mins from the airport. A short walk across the street to beach access. Plenty of parking. Unit is on the third floor (no elevators). A/C unit is only in living room however, if you utilize the 2 standing floor fan's it does cool down the whole unit quite well. Very well maintained and clean. Great for couple, family or self getaway. I would definitely recommend staying here. ”

”Room was as advertised. I liked the view of the Ocean, there is a road between you and the water, but not that noisy early morning or late evening. Room was a bit dated, but clean. Short drive to Magic Sands beach, or to downtown Kona. I really enjoyed my morning coffee on the lanai, and when at the room at the end of day, the Sunset, again, from the lanai. Awesome 10 days! Thank You!”

”This is my second time staying at this location. The condo was perfect for my week stay. Clean, had everything I needed in the kitchen and for the week (beach chairs, pool floats, yoga mat…) Air conditioning in the unit was appreciated, and bedroom and patio fans were wonderful to stay cool in the evenings. Easy arrival process, received all codes for gates and doors before arrival. And a lovely surprise of island chocolates on the counter :). Main bed very comfortable. Did not use the pull out...
