”This resort is really outdated (atleast the tower were we stayed – they were doing some renovations there though) We were happy that we only booked one night. It is really close to Kailua-Kona center (but was quiet still which was great), so it was walkable and the trolley takes you to some beaches. ”

”Everything you need in one spot. The lagoon on this property is awesome. It has turtles, rays, fish and more coming in from the ocean that hang out while you play in the water. There were shops on the property, but more affordable shops and restaurants down the street, so rent a car if you plan to leave the resort. Staff were friendly too. ”

”The day after the Kona Low storm the open lobby was available for a wonderful hot breakfast. The staff were all very attentive and friendly, even though everything around them was affected. Our room was on the mauka side and the view in the morning was lovely. Quiet and well-kept, would definitely stay again”
