"Not nearly enough ice/pop/ coffee areas for free! Casino staff are friendly and helpful! Staff at hotel seemed very preoccupied with other work duties and not wanting to help patrons waiting in line! Why arenât there are free upgrades anymore? We did enjoy the food at players lounge, but was so busy ..."
