”This B&B is absolutely worth visiting due to the breakfast. If you are tired of those standard hotel breakfasts visit this place and you'll be happy. Rooms are rather normal and the general spaces are full of "collector's" stuff, don't let that disturb you (ok the weightlifter statue might get the cr** out of you if you stay in the room next to that) .. breakfast is the thing why you come here (you'll get a 5* breakfast in this place). Staff is extremely nice (enjoyed discussing with them a lot)...

”When I arrived they told me that there was no water in the building so all reservations were cancelled. I had to stay in another hotel. I hope I get reimbursed for the charge since I couldn’t stay at the Hyatt.”

”The Property was beautiful! When we walked in, the first utterance out of our mouths was "Wow!" Street parking was easy. The room "The Chalet" that we stayed in was spacious with many amenities and was spotless. The bed was very comfortable as well! And being on the third story, we got our stair steps in for our trip! ”I forgot an art print here in my room. $50 Print. A normal hotel you could call somebody because housekeeping would turn it into lost and found. With this place, the email for customer service returns as doesn’t exist. The phone number direct you to the website which has no way to talk to anybody. So because they have absolutely no contact with their customers, I am out of $50 art print from my vacation. And that absolutely sucks. It was a small but acceptable room for what you pay. ”Gina and staff were warm and friendly. When our toilet clogged, we got upgraded. When we needed a delayed checkout, they accommodated. We had a fire for a cold night and got delicious eggs and crispy bacon for breakfast. Highly recommend for those lovers of all things Italian. ”

”Excellent location. Right next to the Belmont train station. Easily walkable to Wrigley field. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants close by. Small market right across the street. Room was clean and comfortable. Very quiet.”

”Everything was okay but in the pictures of the listing it was a regular condo and then we get there we end up in a basement. It was fine and nice but a little more obvious when renting a basement for 1700 would be nice”

”It was very nice and well maintained, room was super hot without window open but that’s not a big deal, definitely need to me more open about the fact that’s it’s a shared space kind of hostel thing cuz I was unaware till arrival and I’ve seen many others also not get enough warning other then “shared fridge and microwave” on the page but overall good for price ”

”Very quaint boutique hotel in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Staff was very friendly and helpful, always greeted us when we came in. Easy walk to all kinds of shops and restaurants. Room was clean and fairly updated for an old hotel.”
