”部屋は清潔で、終始とても親切な対応でした。大規模なホテルにはない「温もり」を感じる宿でした。 例えば、周辺レストランへの送迎もお願い出来ました。その移動途中、観光施設などにも立ち寄っていただき、満喫することが出来ました。 また、LINE（ライン）を利用して、滞在中に観光情報や撮影してもらった写真を送信してもらいました。 また機会があれば、是非、泊まりたいと感じました。”

”外装、内装も写真よりも実物が綺麗でした。 和風の旅館ですが、地下から２階屋外までwifiは問題なく繋がり、Zoomなどのビデオ通話約90分も支障ありませんでした。 ご飯は量がやや多いですが、朝食、夕食共に小学生の子供達も大満足です。ご飯や味噌汁、卵といった基礎的な部分が美味しく、外出して食べるよりもこちらで頂く方が良いのではないかと思います。 自信を持ってオススメします。”

”Great hotel with great facilities. Free shuttles available to and from the slopes. Individual locker’s provided if you are bringing your own snowboards/skis. Drying room you can use. Self laundry/dryer facilities available to use. Onsen free to use after each day on the slope. We also booked a massage with Lily for last night and she was fantastic together with an aromatherapy treatment. They also provide Yamato Black cat service from the hotel so I can send your bulky snowbag straight to the...

”We loved our stay at chalet Shiga. Skiing was fantastic. The people at the chalet treated us very well, lovely authentic japenese food and setting. The location is perfect, at the bottom of ichinose. We went at the start of spring season, which did mean some of the slopes were closed, and the buses were limited. Something to be aware of. But, there was still plenty of fluffy white stuff, lifts and slopes. We didn't need to go see the snow monkeys - they came to see us 😀”

”Staffs are friendly, but we can hear next room guests talking. Dined at their Japanese restaurant at B1, excellent service and good quality of food. 10 minutes walk to Niigata station, good place to shop around it’s CoCoLo shopping center inside train station. ”
