I booked this hotel expecting a solid 3.5–4 star stay based on the photos and reviews, but it felt tired and poorly maintained. The room had dust on every surface—bedside tables, TV, desks, window frames—plus streaky mirrors, water-spotted shower doors and unclean floors. It was clear housekeeping had rushed through without any proper check.
The tiny TV and painfully slow Wi-Fi felt like a throwback to 2010, far below what any 3.5–4 star hotel should offer in 2025.
On the positive side, the staff were friendly and quick to help, breakfast offered good variety (continental, Indian and hot items), and the rooftop pool and bar were excellent—quiet and perfect for relaxing with city views.
The hotel has great potential and the right facilities; it just needs proper cleaning standards, better maintenance and a little more care to match its advertised star level. As it stands, it feels closer to 2–2.5 stars. Hope this feedback helps improve things!
