Would have rated 5 but held back due to couple of reasons : 1) No elevators: our group of 24 people included two very senior citizens. Fortunately we were able to accommodate them in the ground floor. 2) Even otherwise, for a predominantly airport travelers focused acco, luggage should be expected and planned for. Carrying luggage three stairs up was not fun”
