Excellent hotel with a great location and service
Rooftop pool & bar was superb. Breakfast was delicious and abundant. Service was friendly. If you want to opt for an excellent hotel with a great location, you should take this hotel. The view from the infinity pool is unparalleled. We even had a bathtub on our balcony! We stayed longer than originally planned because we enjoyed the hotel so much.

FANTASTICO! Location, pool & staff!
Beautiful hotel, great location close to all shops and restaurants. Fantastic location with at few minutes walk to the "city life" and beach but still in a quit surrounding. Breakfast was good & various and the staff were very helpful when asking for recommendations or advice. We stayed here for 5 nights this time – our 4th time already in this wonderful hotel, and were very happy with our lovely Panorama view room.. The Panorama room & balcony view was perfect at the very highest floor – beautiful seaview, huge size balcony. Room is nicely decorated and it was quiet. Lots of space and very clean, a well equipped bathroom and fridge, impeccable AC, consistent wifi. TV is big BUT only indian channels? Need improvement in this area for other guests as well  The cleaning was very good, always on time and towels replaced daily. The staff was very friendly and flexible. Thank You Aom from reception, we appreciate Your kindness with an early check-in after very long flight. From breakfast restaurant: On, Beer, Film, Touch, thank You for taking care of us and make our vacation great. Khun Touch – it was lovely to meet You again, You are like sunshine, always with a smile. And Dear Mister Wut – You already made the Cliff Beach a better place in such a short time and achieved great results, we cannot wait to be back next December to see more superb improvements. We are sure the Avani Cliff Beach would be even more great than so far.

The hotel was a nice one. Great view (in upper level rooms) and good location. Be careful though if booking through Expedia: The room descriptions are not correct and the low price rooms do not have nice views. We agreed on an upgrade at the hotel but also needed to pay extra... we where there 100% for the mountain view so where first very disappointed.

Lovely hotel, wonderful infinity pool and great se
We stayed at Ao Nang Cliff Beach resort for 4 days. This is our 2nd stay. The staff is amazing and very helpful. After a long flight we get an early check-in and a great room with a superb seaview/ 3308 The pool area was clean and there was a very chill and nice atmosphere. The hotels location is great. Near by everything, outside the hotel there are plenty of good restaurants - for example good choice is Tandoori Nights. Lots of shops and massage places as well in few minutes walking distance. Breakfast was tasty & plentiful, buffet breakfast. Thank You, we will be back!

Hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla, upeat näkymät. Yleisilmeeltään siisti. Hyvä aamupala. Kadun melut kuuluvat katutason huoneisiin, joten kannattaa varata huone ylätasanteelta. Hotelli soveltui hyvin lapsiperheelle.

Hyvä hotelli. Perusaamiainen. Aika sokkelo ja jos asuu takana olevassa rakennuksessa krs 4 ylöspäin niin kolmen hissin matka kadulta. Paras ottaa huone 2.tai 3. krs merinäköalalla. Altaat hyvät. Sijainti oikein hyvä. Ei kantaudu meteli. Wifi huoneessa heikko.

Very good hotel, great location!
Very pleasent stay. Hotel was right by the main road and only about 5 mins walk from the beach so perfect location. Breakfast was very good, lots of choices. Nothing to complain and I'd highly recommend this hotel to a family or a group of friends!

Täydellinen ja rauhallinen hotelli kuitenkin aivan keskustassa.Uima-allas alue infinitypoolilla on todella upea!Sieltä näkee koko Ao Nangin,meren,vuoret ja saaret.Viidennen kerroksen aamiainen oikein maittava ja ihanalla näköalalla!Kannattaa maksaa enemmän ja ottaa huone näköalalla hotellin takaosasta sillä halvimmat huoneet ovat kadulle päin ja saattavat häiritä yöunta.

Toimiva, hintaan nähden erinomainen hotelli.
Kaikki muu sujui erinomaisesti paitsi kalkkiviivoilla munattiin aikaiseen lähtöön luvattu ja yksiselitteisesti tilattu aamiaisbox, joka ei tullut. Aiemmin hyvä aamiainen, toimiva huone, erinomainen allasalue. Aikaiseen aamulähtöön tilattu van, joskin ilmeisesti eri palveluntuottajalta vastapäätä reseptiota, tuli yli 15 min myöhässä, mutta kiri ajan ajamalla hurjaa ylinopeuttla.

Mukavaa lomailua
Hotelli oli siisti ja henkilökunta ystävällistä. Aamiaisella sai thaimaalaisen ruoan lisäksi mm. maukkaita hedelmiä ja vastapaisetun kananmunan tai omeletin halutuilla täytteillä kokilta odotellessa. Ilmastointi pelasi hyvin. Meren ranta ja palvelut lähellä. Hetellihintaan kuuluva 8 min kuljetus hotellin yksityisrannalle oli erityistä plussaa rauhalliseen oleiluun rannalla kaipaavalle.

Kaikin puolin hyvä hotelli, tosin enemmän vahva 3 kuin 4 tähden hotelli. Aamiaisella ei ollut mahdollista saada gluteenitonta leipää, mutta se oli tiedossa jo etukäteen. Sijainti oli todella hyvä, lähellä Ao Nangin rantaa.

Depends what you’re looking for
This is a difficult one to review. We booked a pool villa which was huge with a great pool if slightly in need of renovation (bad low pressure shower with mould up the wall, worn flooring, missing pool tiles). It was at the back of the hotel on the hill but was overlooking the sunset bar and the pool so not as secluded as we would have liked, however given we stayed at new year we ended up with a front row seat to the fireworks and celebration without being charged which was nice. However, there were issues with the hotel generally. There are a million lifts in different sections of the main building to use to get to anywhere and there don’t seem to be any service lifts so those lifts are almost always full of staff with crates moving things. Therefore if you don’t want to climb a hundred stairs it takes ages to get anywhere. There is nothing in the mini bar. It’s just a fridge. So you need to buy from the 7 Eleven. And room service wasn’t available after 10pm. It’s not what we expected. And the villas are like a separate add on to the main hotel so for that money I’d not stay again. Staff were generally lovely though especially the drivers of the buggies you can ask for to get to the top if available. Loved Ao Nang generally and we ate out every meal in town in the end, and that was great. It’s an easy walk to most things in the main town which is great.

HORRIBLE. The place catfished me - the room looked lovely online and had a view of the ocean. My room had a ton of street noise and a view of what looked to be a strip club (pic attached). The air conditioning didn’t work and somehow my room was hotter than it was outside (91F / 33C). I abhor this hotel. For the first time ever I left my fully prepaid nonrefundable reservation early to stay somewhere where I wouldn’t practically have a heat stroke every time I tried to sleep. Obviously they didn’t offer any sort of refund or apology. It was also wildly oversold - when I tried to use the infinity pool it was practically standing room only. Not even space to lay a towel down on the floor around the pool. Avoid this place like the plague.

Fantastic property! Beautiful resort with several pools and very happy with our stay. Location is mildly inconvenient since you'd need to take a tuk tuk to get into town but that's pretty easy since you can get one just outside the hotel. Some minor issues for a 5 star hotel like the room-service app did not work for us and keeping towels available at the pools.

인피니티 풀이 너무 예쁜 곳👍
우선 서비스가 매우 좋고 친절합니다. 그리고 숙소 위치가 좋아요. 비치랑도 가깝고 주변에 스타벅스, 편의점, 맥도날드가 있고 해변으로 걸어가는 길에 여러 가게들이 있어서 눈이 매우 즐겁습니다. 숙소 상태는 전반적으로 깨끗하고 좋았는데 저희가 묵었던 숙소는 층수가 낮은 만큼 비치 뷰가 잘 보이진 않았구요. 화장실이 방음이 전혀 안 되어서 그 부분이 좀 불편합니다. 그리고 끄라비 날씨 자체가 조금 습한 편이라 숙소도 좀 습한 면이 있는데 그래서 수영복은 잘 안 말라요 그나마 해가 쨍한 날 밖에 널어두니 잘 마르더라구요. 랜드마크 야시장까지는 거리가 좀 있는데, 교통편이 복잡해서 썽떼우 가격을 너무 비싸게 부르길래 저희는 걸어갔어요 걷기엔 좀 멀어요ㅠ 그 외에늨 위치나 서비스, 청결 등 너무 좋구요 인피니티 풀에서 보는 뷰가 너무 예쁩니다!ㅠ 사이즈는 좀 작지만 강추👍

Slipped multiple times on property due to tile and rainy weather both outside. The hotel is basic but with great location to everything. Would not stay again as room balcony’s are so close together and don’t offer much privacy.

Had the best experience staying at Avani. The location was perfect, and we had an amazing view from our balcony. Hotel staff were so friendly especially Ging who made us feel so welcome! We miss her already!

Das Hotel an sich hat einen guten Standard und bietet alles was man sich vorstellen kann (Infinity Pool, Roof Top Bar, Zimmer mit Jaccuzi und tollen Ausblick sowie eine sehr große Frühstücksauswahl) Leider ist das Hotel mittlerweile in die Jahre gekommen und das sieht man leider. Normal sind wir hier nicht empfindlich, aber bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel, darf man denke ich erwarten dass kein Abflussgeruch aus der Toilette kommt, der Wasserhahn einwandfrei funktioniert, und die durchgelegenen Matratzen von Zeit zu Zeit ausgetauscht werden. Für den Preis den wir gezahlt haben hätten wir uns daher einen besseren Zustand erwartet.
